This was our first visit with our new puppy. We truly could not say enough great things about this practice! Everyone was extremely helpful, warm and friendly, but most importantly our puppy was relaxed and calm through the entire visit. Dr. Thompson and her assistant were so knowledgeable and took the time to make our needs were addressed. The ladies at the front desk were wonderful. We very much appreciated the checkin call we received 2 days later to make sure our puppy was doing well and if we had any questions! Highly recommend this practice - 1st class!!!!
This clinic is always amazing. I've never had a bad experience here. From the front desk to the back office, everyone is super friendly. I appreciate them not always taking my dog to the back and letting me be involved in their care. Thank you guys for being great to both your four legged clients and putting up with us two legged ones. Lol.
I cannot say enough good things about Plum Creek Veterinary Hospital!!! They are the most caring, thorough, and accommodating clinic I have ever been to. They have worked us in on several occasions when we have had an emergency with our pets and I couldn't be more grateful for their concern and expertise. My pets are my family and I will never take them to any other clinic for their care. Thank you to the entire staff for everything they do!!!
I went for the first time with our 10 week old puppy. We saw Mercedes and treated very well and in a timely manner. All my questions were answered. She didn’t rush me. I was very pleased with the experience.
Very happy with our first visit. Just moved here so needed a new vet. Everyone was very professional and friendly. All of our needs and concerns were addressed, although we mainly just needed updated vaccines, which were done promptly. The vet and all of the staff were really great with our dogs. This will be our veterinarian in castle rock for as long as we live here.
Plum Creek Veterinary offers excellent care and service. Dr Vikki has taken care of our Yorkies for 15+ years. She and her assistant are efficient and kind. I trust them 100% with all medical decisions. The office staff is welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend them.
Andrea and Dr. Vicky and the Plum Creek Clinic have taken care of our 7 year old English Springer Spaniel male litter mates since they were 10 weeks. We just had their annual exam, as always, so careful, so positive and sweet to our boys and supportive to us. Great suggestions here and there. Plum Creek Vet Services is a great animal health service provider. We’ve seen two different doctors and a half-dozen vet techs over the past ten years and appreciate the care, knowledge, advice, experience, and genuine love for the animals. I’ve seen six vets with five different animals over the last 40 years and prefer this clinic over any I’ve ever used.
